  • Victor Howell

    Victor Howell has been serving as the media coordinator of the Team Automotive Group since May of 2008. He first joined the team back in 2001 as spokesperson for the then grand opening of Team South, Team's certified Honda location on Airline Highway. In January of 2002 he moved across town to be the spokesperson for Team Toyota and still serves in that capacity today. 

     

    Along with coordinating broadcast media for TEAM, he has also coordinated events like the Race for the Ride, Baton Rouge's 1st city-wide scavenger hunt for a new car, the Think Pink campaign for the local Susan G Komen affiliate, and various benefit drives for the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, Livingston Parish schools, East Baton Rouge schools, and Ascension Parish schools.  

     

    Howell has over 20 years of television on-air experience. He was a sports anchor and host at WAFB, the CBS affiliate in Baton Rouge for over 10 years; and currently, he is the pre-game and post-game host for New Orleans Hornets basketball broadcasts on Cox Sports Television (CST), as well as the host of CST Tonight, Saints Tonight, and Fantasy Football Extra

  • Sharon Leggett
    Customer Relations/Human Resource Manager

    I am originally from Atlanta, GA, but most of my childhood was spent in Baton Rouge.  Today, I oversee the Customer Relations and Human Resource Department at Team Toyota.  I work with the Sales, Service & Parts departments in creating and implementing processes to help ensure both customer satisfaction and retention. I also conduct training and monitor individual & departmental performance in order to identify any trends or concerns that need attention. My career started with Team seventeen years ago.  I'm certified with Toyota as a Master Customer Relations Manager and Scion Certified CRM.  I'm on the board of Team's Safety Committee and help implement our company's safety policies. I've also served as Treasurer for five years in one of the largest Toyota Managers Club within Gulf States Region.

     

    Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis, running, and being outdoors. 

     

    I am proud to be part of the best automotive management team in Baton Rouge.  The best part of my job is meeting new people and working with our customers.

    I grew up right here in Baton Rouge, La. I attended Broadmoor High School and finished my undergraduate degree in English from Southeastern University. 

    I've been with Team Toyota for four years now. During my time with Team, I have worked in our service department and now work as our customer relations assistant.  What I enjoy most about this position is being given the chance to help resolve any issues our customers may have in both a timely and professional manner.

    In my free time, I enjoy reading and taking my bike out on the highway!

    I started here at Team Toyota in 1997, as a detailer.  I've been blessed with the opportunity to move up to management in my time here with Team.  My career here has been a great experience and I cannot imagine being anywhere else. I have joined The Team and so should you!
