Denham Springs Animal Shelter
Team Toyota held the first pet adoption event on Saturday, April 8, 2017. It was a huge success for the Denham Springs animal shelter and the dealership. Most customers, as well as the Team employees could not resist the temptation to pet one of the adorable dogs available for adoption. Baton Rouge Food Bank
We sponsor the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive for the BR Food Bank which is a nonprofit organization that solicits, procures, inventories and warehouses donated food and other products. This food is then distributed to a variety of community agencies such as pantries, meal sites, homes, shelters and soup kitchens which serve the people in need.
Team Automotive Sportsplex
We are the title sponsor of the Team Automotive Sportsplex which is the largest basketball facility in Baton Rouge and the largest indoor volleyball facility in Louisiana. In addition to being a premier basketball and volleyball complex, it is used for other purposes including BREC summer camps, cheerleading competitions and recreation activities for seniors.
Baton Rouge Green
We are members of Baton Rouge Green, sponsoring the green area off of I-12 and Airline which is non-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement of our urban forest by inspiring the residents of the greater Baton Rouge area to conserve, plant and sustain our community's trees.
Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival
For the 44th annual Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival, A few of our Team Toyota employees attend for the fun festivities and to be a part of this great tradition! The history of the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival goes back to the early 70's where the festival prides itself as being one of the only festivals in which non-profit organizations are the only vendors! Ponchatoula Strawberries are known for their delicious sweetness and since April of 1972, the Strawberry festival has brought light to the hardworking local Strawberry field farmers and has provided an opportunity for local charitable organizations to raise money for their clubs.
Wreaths Across America
We are proud to be a part of such a wonderful organization such as Wreaths Across America. In this photo our general sales manager Kenny Scarbro and our very own Russell Baltazar, Jr. 1st Sergeant United States Marine Corps accept this plaque from Col. Phillip Collins United States Air Force. Their mission is about remembering our fallen heroes, honoring those who serve, and teaching our children about the sacrifices made by veterans and their families to preserve our freedoms. Baton Rouge Green
In dire need of a new work truck, Baton Rouge Green had its wishes come true when one if its most loyal and generous supporters, The Team Automotive Group, donated a sparkling nearly-new Toyota Tundra to help the organization continue its work across the greater Baton Rouge area. "The Team Automotive Group has been proud to be a partner with Baton Rouge Green for years, and we are very excited to further our relationship with this new partnership", says Preston Q. Toys for Tots
We were honored with the ability to be a part of the Toys for Tots Foundation Christmas Toy Drive held by the U.S. Marine Corp. First Sgt. Hernandez, L-Cpl, and our very own First Sgt. Baltazar came to pick up the presents so that many children will have a Christmas that otherwise, may not have. Thank you First Sgt. Hernandez, L-Cpl, and all of the Marines for your services and continuing this wonderful foundation.
Baton Rouge Soccer Club
We are a title and presenting sponsor of the Baton Rouge Soccer Club which commits to providing excellence in both soccer programming and physical fitness activities to people of all ages and abilities.
